Urban Edge selected this section of Roosevelt Avenue for its prime location, just blocks from the heart of Westboro Village. We envisioned a stunning semi-detached development with a classic European design and an asymmetrical layout, reflecting the look of two single-family homes rather than mirror-image semis. Staying true to our philosophy of preserving a neighborhood’s rich history, we used classic natural materials such as stone, stucco and cedar shakes, as well as intricate millwork and soft colours, ensuring that these homes blended well with the area’s existing architecture while still offering unique curb appeal.
