With this unique development, Urban Edge had the rare opportunity to build on a property adjacent to parkland. We blended time-honored architectural approaches with contemporary touches to deliver two semi-detached homes that fit in beautifully with the evolving area. Merging classic stucco and stone materials with modern detailing, we created a distinctive design that attracts attention without detracting from the neighborhood.
